GAME4CHANGE Consortium Strengthens Climate Education Efforts in Second Online Meeting

The GAME4CHANGE consortium, dedicated to enhancing climate change education through digital serious games, convened its second online meeting on December 10, 2024. This Erasmus+ KA220-HED Programme-funded project, coordinated by the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (Portugal), includes partners from Greece, Italy, Ukraine, Poland, and the Netherlands.

Key Outcomes of the Meeting:

  • Project Management and Scheduling (WP1): The consortium agreed to hold monthly meetings, with the next session scheduled for January 15, 2025.
  • Research Guidelines and Templates (WP2): A comprehensive template for the project monitoring report was presented. This guide will assist in organizing focus groups, data collection methodologies, and result reporting. An informed consent form for participant data was also introduced.
  • Brand Identity Development (WP4): The draft of project logos was presented and discussed. Discussions highlighted the importance of a distinctive logo. Partners were invited to submit additional logo proposals for consideration.
  • Upcoming In-Person Meeting: The consortium confirmed a face-to-face meeting on February 13-14, 2025, at Harokopio University of Athens in Greece.
  • Committee Appointments: Each institution was tasked with appointing a representative to the Steering Committee.
